The design, location ( The hotel is situated in the main square of Castelo de Vide ), price and service were all fantastic. The breakfast is amasing. I also loved the Casa do Parque restaurant remomended by the hotel. The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous and the rooms have very good facilities. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Castelo de Vide.

Lovely small, family-run hotel in central location. Beautifully furnished in traditional style.
Does not accept credit card payments. We were not told about this in advance and were not expecting to pay cash. Given the daily maximum withdrawal of £200 cash by card this could have been a real problem if we had not had more than one card or had already withdrawn cash that day.

Our room was clean and comfortable, furnished with everything we needed and with a great view of the surrounding mountains. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh and local products.
The hotel's high price range might not be suitable for travelers on a tight budget.

The hotel is located in a charming city with plenty of character and history to explore. The room was spacious and the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast spread had a good variety of options, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries.
One of the staff members, who was supposed to be on duty, showed up late during our stay, leaving us waiting for assistance. , the hotel lacked a certain atmosphere and felt quite empty, which detracted from the overall experience.
